Refund policy
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items (no returns or exchanges)
- Undergarments
- Masks
- Perfumes
- Items of a personal or sensitive nature
Fees
- R100 restocking fee for returned items
- R150 flat shipping fee for exchanges (excluding any additional transaction fees)
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing times vary, but refunds typically reflect within 7–14 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting delays can occur.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We are happy to exchange items if the desired size or item is in stock.
Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address, unless otherwise requested.
Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit in the form of a non-expiring gift card.
If you wish to cancel your gift card and receive a refund instead, contact support@streetcore.co.za
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@streetcore.co.za
All returns are thoroughly inspected and may be forwarded to the supplier for assessment.
If confirmed defective, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.
Liability Disclaimer
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the courier, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur. Our primary courier is Fastway Couriers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
